PSC Group Acquired by Existing Management Team

PSC Group, LLC, an information technology and business consulting firm, announced the acquisition of company ownership on December 31, 2012 by a group of executives that have been managing the organization over the past five years. Jeff Ney, Anthony Fremarek, John Quirk, Richard Parham, and Michael Reiss acquired full ownership of PSC from founders Andrew Lauter and Bruce Bellak.
