Tony Fremarek

Tony Fremarek has managed PSC’s back office operations since 2003.  He is responsible for the Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and Internal IT operations for all of PSC.  Tony has spent his career in the operations of companies of various sizes, ranging from the small business he started while in college, to the Operations Controller of a $250M company.  He has been instrumental in the growth of PSC as a member of the management team. 

Tony holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois.

Jeff Ney

Since 2001, Jeff and the Kansas City team have established and maintained several key client relationships. Jeff has successfully launched and led multiple PSC offerings including PSC’s multi award winning Microsoft Dynamics practice. In addition, Jeff provides sales and marketing leadership across the organization.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Pittsburg State University, where he currently serves on the College of Business Board of Advisors and oversees a scholarship fund he helped establish in 2010. Jeff is an active supporter and volunteer for the Special Olympics and Kansas City Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Rick Parham

Rick currently leads PSC’s Solutions Group where he is responsible for all aspects of defining the solutions and offerings PSC brings to our clients and the overall delivery of these services. In 2009, Rick joined PSC to lead the Microsoft Practice for PSC's Chicago locations. He leveraged his experience delivering successful projects and client satisfaction to quadruple the practice’s size in three years. Prior to starting at PSC, Rick served as Director of Consulting for the Chicago offices of Perficient and Parian Development, where his projects received several recognitions.

He started his technology career in 1987 with Andersen Consulting after graduating with honors in Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois.

John Quirk

John’s consulting and technology experience is extensive. Prior to joining PSC in 2004, John introduced Lotus Notes to Bank of America, worked as a Global Practice Leader at Xpedior, Inc. and has led the implementation of several Enterprise Portal Frameworks and Employee Portals for large organizations. In his current role as Vice President of Operations, John oversees all aspects of our Chicago operation. He has been extensively involved in the creation of our Five Points of Excellence program and has helped lead the organization through a phase of steady and consistent growth.

John holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Economics degree from Bradley University.

Michael Reiss

Michael joined PSC in 2012 and is an IT professional with over 25 years of experience in which he has helped many firms align IT with the needs of the business. After working as a programmer for the Board of Trade Clearing Corporation, he went into consulting, working for Arthur Young and Ernst & Young before co-founding Genisys Consulting in 1990. Genisys, a Chicago based IT consulting firm, grew to over 100 IT professionals before merging with Perficient. He is regularly called on to serve as a trusted adviser to our client’s executive management for the strategic planning associated with corporate goals, business objectives, acquisitions and new product offerings.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry.
