Janette Blood

As Vice President of Operations for Kansas City, Janette oversees quality and growth in the areas of solutions delivery, client relations and talent recruitment and development. Prior to joining PSC in 2014, Janette has consulted for Fortune 500 companies, led start up and optimization strategies for nationally scaled delivery organizations and negotiated platform and service partnerships with big 10 global tech leaders.

Janette has her degree in Business Management from Ottawa University and is an active member of The Central Exchange and Kansas City Women in STEMM Committee.

Jeff Crowell

Jeff’s career with PSC began in 2012. As our Director of Service Delivery, Jeff has over 15 years of experience leading full life cycle software development projects. He has spearheaded numerous successful application modernization projects and SharePoint governance efforts, and was featured as a speaker at SharePoint fest in 2014.


Jeff received a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.

Chris Johnson

Before staring his career with PSC, Chris spent two years developing SharePoint and BizTalk applications at DuPage Medical Group in Downers Grove, IL. He is now a Solutions Architect at PSC Group, LLC., where he has worked since May 2011. Chris received his undergraduate BA from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL, where he majored in MIS and minored in CS and Spanish.
