Re-Launched Dynamics 365 for Marketing Extends CRM Capabilities

The new Dynamics 365 Marketing module has been added to address the missing Marketing capabilities businesses need to round out the core CRM capabilities expected.

Visualize Your Dynamics 365 CRM Data with Power BI

The most recent iteration of Microsoft PowerBI has an updated connection app to Dynamics 365 and you can enable it in a few minutes. The new views of your Dynamics data (as well as other application content packs available) will add a whole new dimension to your CRM experience and help increase its value and utilization in the business.

Microsoft to Continue Support for Dynamics 365 for Outlook Add-in

The policy reversal is an important decision by the CRM team for many customers because it ensures that the Dynamics 365 for Outlook add-in will continue to be released with Dynamics 365 and will provide the same Outlook integration experience as in earlier versions.
