The leadership team at PSC Group has created the 5 Points of Excellence Program. The Five Points of Excellence program offers different levels of opportunity to grow and succeed in five important areas of our business. Through education, mentoring and benchmark activities, employees are led through Awareness, Operational, Independence, Mastery and Mentor levels in 25 critical business areas.
Through our Five Points of Excellence program, we provide comprehensive company, consulting and career development training opportunities for our employees. Through our tuition reimbursement program we enable and encourage formal education and the earning of advanced degrees.
We are constantly rewarding employees for their efforts, and we show our appreciation to the families that stand behind them. We keep our clients local, allowing employees to work from home and offer travel compensation in the infrequent required situations where we have an out-of-state client, keeping our employees close to their families at all times. We host several picnics and parties throughout the year where our employees are welcome to bring their families for food, fun, recognition and appreciation.
The PSC Philanthropic Committee encourages employees and their family members to come together several times a year to volunteer their time with our charity efforts. We do everything we can throughout the year with our events to ensure that the families of our employees feel as though they are a part of the PSC family.
In 2014, we introduced the Lauter-Bellak Founder's College Scholarship Program named in honor of the founders of PSC Group, Andrew Lauter and Bruce Bellak. All children of our employees are eligible for this scholarship annually. The scholarships are presented at an annual Founder's Dinner with their families and the PSC leadership present.
