Dynamics 365 has received a new, easy to use update to replace its Voice of the Customer surveys. New Microsoft Forms Pro will provide a more comprehensive survey solution that anyone in your organization can be enabled to utilize. Feature rich surveys can be created even more easily to gather feedback from internal and external customers and provide insights to guide your business.
Forms Pro is the point and click way to create, manage, and send customized, professional surveys, integrated with business processes. The solution also features branching logic and multilingual capabilities. AI-assisted analysis and keyword detection features and suggestions will provide even deeper insights from enterprise data and integrates with PowerBI to generate rich dashboards and reports based on survey data. With Forms Pro you can personalize surveys with Dynamics 365 data, automate them with Flow based on events, and embed them with PowerApps.
Forms Pro is available as part of the Dynamics 365 core Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Talent, and Project Service Automation enterprise apps and integrates tightly with Office 365, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform. Forms Pro is part of the Dynamics 365 Enterprise license and provides 2,000 survey responses per month (additional can be purchased). Forms Pro can also be enabled for users in an Office 365 tenant without Dynamics 365.
With the recent launch of Microsoft Forms Pro, Microsoft will deprecate the legacy Voice of the Customer live surveys on July 1, 2020, although Voice of Cutomer surveys can be used through that date. Any existing data will continue to be stored in the system for reference.
