Brad Balassaitis is an IBM Champion for Collaboration Solutions and a Senior Consultant in the Collaboration practice at PSC Group. He has 17 years of experience developing innovative Notes/Domino applications and primarily works with XPages. He developed an application that was a finalist for a Lotus Award and contributed a database with several Dojo Data Grid samples in XPages to OpenNTF.

Kathy Brown

Kathy has been a Senior Consultant with PSC since 2012, primarily focusing on developing XPages applications for PSC’s national client base. Working out of New Hampshire, Kathy has been working with IBM Notes since 1995. She has presented at numerous industry conferences, including Lotusphere and writes for various industry publications. Kathy has a B.A. in Music from New York University.

Mike De Haan

Mike has been a Senior Solution Architect at PSC since 2011. Having participated in the improvement of several open source projects including Grails, Spring Roo and Ant, Mike is currently working to implement a solution using Groovy/Grails to simplify business workflow and create a flexible, future-proof system for the Medicaid industry.

Cole Francis

Cole has over 20 years of professional, hands-on experience in the IT Consulting Industry, including a decade of 'Big-Four' Consulting Management experience. During his career, he has co-authored and contributed to several technical books, had his work featured in a Microsoft Case Study and has won a Bronze Stevie Award for his pivotal work on PSC's "Selection Modeler" Project for Wheels, Inc. Cole has a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry.

John Head

John Head is PSC's Director of Enterprise Collaboration. Since 2000 he has served as the architect and team leader for many of the enTouch Frameworks which are PSC-proprietary, ready-to-use business templates. He has been recognized with IBM Lotus and IBM Beacon awards and is a featured speaker at Lotusphere and other conferences and user groups. John holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.

Before staring his career with PSC, Chris spent two years developing SharePoint and BizTalk applications at DuPage Medical Group in Downers Grove, IL. He is now a Solutions Architect at PSC Group, LLC., where he has worked since May 2011. Chris received his undergraduate BA from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL, where he majored in MIS and minored in CS and Spanish.

Michael Springer began working for PSC in 2008. Michael is a certified Dynamics CRM Senior Consultant and has been managing PSC’s Sandler Training Framework CRM add-on solution. He has spoken at industry events such as eXtreme CRM and his local chapter of the Dynamics CRM User Group (CRMUG). Mike’s passion is utilizing Dynamics CRM to solve real-world business problems and he is constantly seeking ways to make using Dynamics easier and more enjoyable for end users.
