Working out of New Hampshire, Kathy has been working with IBM Notes since 1995. She has presented at numerous industry conferences, including Lotusphere and writes for various industry publications. Kathy has a B.A. in Music from New York University.

Cole Francis

Cole has over 20 years of professional, hands-on experience in the IT Consulting Industry, including a decade of 'Big-Four' Consulting Management experience. During his career, he has co-authored and contributed to several technical books, had his work featured in a Microsoft Case Study and has won a Bronze Stevie Award for his pivotal work on PSC's "Selection Modeler" Project for Wheels, Inc. Cole has a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry.

John Head is PSC's Chief Evangelist. He evangelizes and works with our customers on their application lifecycle, especially around application modernization and migration. John has spoken at over 100 conferences and user groups since he joined PSC in 2000, covering topics of strategy, innovation, technology solutions and customer stories. He is a dual IBM Champion with Collaboration and Cloud. John is also very involved in the STEM/STEAM efforts in Chicagoland as a former executive board member of Lumity and a current board member of the YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago.

Jeannie Herrington

Jeannie has been a Technical Consultant with PSC since 2012. Her expertise is with SharePoint specializing in training, administration and helping customers better manage business process utilizing forms and workflow. She utilizes applications such as InfoPath, Nintex Workflow and Forms and SharePoint Designer to drive the solutions she proudly delivers. Jeannie has several certifications in SharePoint and Office 365, is a graduate from Missouri Western State University and has an M.A. from Norwich University.
